We love our beautiful new home built by Jeff and Renee Kruger at Pacific Coast Construction! From start to finish, the entire process was easy and much faster than we thought it would be. Floor plans are carefully considered to maximize useful living space and finishes are high quality. A friend of ours, knowledgeable in real estate and construction, was truly impressed during a recent visit to our house.

Custom construction means that Jeff and Renee don’t do high-volume production of cookie-cutter houses. They were focused on our project; every week, we drove by and saw significant progress. We were especially appreciative of the level of personalized sevice we received, from the choosing of fixtures, lights, and other finishes to the timing of closing that best accommodated our family. Renee has a great sense of style and color; she knows what goes together, and she could always suggest items we loved. Our selection meetings were enjoyable! Jeff made sure the man-cave/dream garage was perfect as well. This house is “us”!

Most of all, we felt cared about as a family. Jeff and Renee knew how big this investment was for us and that we plan to launch our kids from this home and retire here. They were especially helpful and accommodating concerning the transition of our daughter with autism from the house in which she grew up to this new home. Renee invited our daughter to her own personal selection meeting and a pre-move-in tour of the finished house. She and Renee “clicked” immediately, which helped to calm the anxiety about moving.
