We purchased a home from Pacific Coast approximately 1.5 years ago. The circumstances of our move were incredibly stressful between moving across the country (from Florida), to having a completely incompetent mortgage broker and mediocre real estate agent. Our closing kept getting delayed due to these issues and Renee and Jeff were more than gracious in working with us. They certainly had every right to cancel our contract at one point, but we ended up working directly with each other, rather than through our proxies, and were able to keep the deal together. I’m incredibly grateful for their humanity during that difficult time which included allowing us to store our stuff in the garage prior to closing so we didn’t have to continue to pay storage fees.

The house was approximately 6-7 weeks from completion when we entered the contract and although all finishes were already picked, we did have the option to make some minor changes like add some additional hardwood in place of carpet and extra electrical outlets in the garage. Really we didn’t have to do much because what Renee had chosen was beautiful and tasteful design.

In our 1.5 years of ownership we have had minimal issues and all things covered under their 1 year warranty were handled immediately and to our satisfaction once reported.

We are very happy with the quality and design of our home and would highly recommend Jeff and Renee to anyone looking to build a home
